In general, income must average 3 times the monthly rent for prospective residents; however, those requirements may differ depending on source of income.

While one-year leases are available, many residents stay for several years. Talk with your leasing consultant about customized lease lengths.

Security deposits are collected at the time of application and refunded depending on the circumstance. However, through our deposit-free program, AIRpass qualified renters have the option of foregoing a traditional deposit in lieu of smaller monthly fee. We have four brand-new fitness areas that are guaranteed to give you a great workout! They include a dedicated weight room, cardio, yoga, and spin studio.

Marina slips are available but are limited.  Our team can help you reserve your spot. The marina is located 150 steps away from private pool cabanas onsite.
